We already wasted 2+ hours and $20 on this sad excuse for a summer blockbuster, i won't waste more time telling you just how awful it was. Just don't see it. And do your friends a favor and warn them too.

Short and sweet...nice review. Forgive me for saying I won't just take your word for it, however. Thanfully, you two are not the only nay-sayers I've encountered. The "don't see it" counter is now up to 5. I think that's finally enough. As a thank you I will be sending you my $10 in the mail.
Boo this review. I usually appreciate your movie/book reviews but not this one.
I thoroughly enjoyed Spidey 3. I can't say enough good things about it. Don't tell your friends not to see it. If they're Spider-Man fans like me they'll want to go and should check it out.
I have not seen the movie, but will tonight. Telling people not to watch Spiderman 3 is like telling kids not to look at the sun. However, the nay-sayer's have dominated all reviews as well for me and Katie. The high school vote is a stern "boo" to Spidey 3.
Jeff, You are correct! I should make up my own mind, and did ... I thought it was the weakest of the three. I'm not ready to say that I don't like it. There were some nice moments in it for me. However, for now I will say that it over dramatized everything, there were a few too many wise-sage-like comments" (e.g. "I guess a one person can make a difference. Enough said" ... lame!), and the also lame forgiveness scene at the very end between Peter and Harry.
kal, i need more details as to why you didn't like it. i think i'll still see it, i love spidey too much not to give it a chance...i mean, he's no harry potter, but then, who is?
"The elevator, which had haunted its untidy shaft for a hundred years, came wafting skyward, dragging its ungodly chains and dread intestines after. The door exhaled open. The lift groaned as if we had trod its stomach. In a great protestation of ennui, the ghost sank back toward earth." -Green Shadows, White Whale

Or maybe just seeing a better movie.

I agree with Charlie, I liked it. It wasn't bad at all. Scott, I think you should make up your own mind about it.
Jeff U!
