Why Karma is Bunk

Every morning it takes me ten minutes to travel the length of the metered on-ramp, all the while, jerkies whiz by in the carpool lane and only about half of them are actually carpool-worthy. So yesterday, I'm in the carpool lane of the 99 for like 3 seconds when a cycle-cop spots me, pulls me over and gives me a ticket. i'm going to build a tollbooth at my on-ramp and charge carpool violators a dollar each until my ticket is paid off.
